Welcome to Breakthrough Chiparamba Sports Academy (BCSA), a community sports program aimed at providing sports opportunities to young Zambians between 4 and 20 years of age. BCSA innovatively employs sport to foster resiliency in young people as they are engaged in sport and community development initiatives. The organisation concerns itself with a broad gamut of social issues, of which its main programmes include, youth leadership development; community sports development; school sponsorship; health education; environmental clean-up; and football league development in refugee communities. Furthermore, BCSA is heavily involved in the coordination of the Zambian Street Football Network, a project supported by FIFA under the Football For Hope project.

BCSA's vision is to grow and become a pioneer in the use of sport especially football for development at the grassroots level. So far, it has demonstrated the effectiveness of incorporating social messages into a game so many Zambian youths love.

Garden community, a compound in Lusaka, now has an academy which provides football and basketball for the first time since Zambia's independence in 1964. Through BSA's support with donations from Standard Chartered Bank and Miles Ahead, Garden community has basketball hoops and football pitches.

BCSA would also like to thank EduSport, Sports in Action, SCORE volunteers, ASA volunteers, The German Embassy, Grassroot Soccer, GTZ Zambia, FIFA Football For Hope, StreetFootball World, Aquaman Consultants, Tackle Africa, Haugesund Football Club, Chiparamba Football Academy, Premier Soccer Academies, SKF, Gothia Cup management, Norway Cup management, Nissan Zambia limited, Heroes United Football club, Cercle Brugge and Belrose School for their support over the last 7 years.
